Please click on any of the ‘Book Now’ buttons found on the website. This will take you to our booking system with JaneApp where you will need to create an account. After you have entered all your details and read and agreed to the Terms of Service and Waiver, you will be able to book your session.

Please note, payment up front is needed for any personal training or fitness sessions. A valid credit card is needed to book a massage session, however you will be charged at the end of your treatment.

Absolutely, we love meeting new people! Sometimes we have limited numbers available but will always do our best to accommodate. We have drop in rates available, please check and book online for more information.

We strongly encourage you to wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable and allow movement. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us for more help. Hydration is important so please bring a water bottle.

In most cases, fitness training and/or massage can provide excellent care or relief for people suffering from a majority of health conditions. However, we will require a physician to sign off on your participation, and in some cases we will reach out to your family doctor or allied health care provider to discuss safe options.
In acute cases we advise seeing your doctor and/or physiotherapist in order to diagnose and receive the correct treatment. However, chronic pain and dysfunction is our specialty! Massage and training is a great option after the acute phase of most injuries. If you are unsure of what to do, please contact us so we can discuss further with you.

We do not recommend massage sessions in the first trimester of pregnancy, however they can be booked if you have been cleared by your doctor. 

High intensity and some other forms of training is contraindicated for pregnancy in the third trimester. Please let your trainer or therapist know of your condition as soon as you are aware.

Whilst some massage techniques are more successful directly on skin, massage sessions can also be performed over clothing. We will instruct you to only undress to your comfort level. For your initial massage session, we will be performing assessments in order to gain as much information about your biomechanics as possible; however this can be done fully clothed.
Allied health can work wonderfully together, and in most cases we will encourage different modalities along with our fitness and massage services. However, sometimes some modalities can have conflicting procedures and are best as an only care option at one time. Please contact us for more information.

As our sessions are booked by the hour and require careful planning to schedule our day, we do have a cancellation policy. If you cancel/no show to a personal training session within 24 hours you will be charged the full session rate. If you cancel/no show to a massage session within 48 hours you will be charged half the rate of the session.

As we work as contractors a missed appointment can heavily affect our income, however we understand special circumstances can arise. We will do our best to always be empathetic and supportive in these cases.

ReAlignment Lab has an age requirement of 16 years or old to be able to use our services. Occasionally children or teenagers can require massage or specific training sessions, and sometimes these allowances can be made. Please contact us for more information.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please contact us at info@realignmentlab.com for more information.
 
The following returns will not be accepted:

  •  It has been over 30 days since you received your order
  • The item has been altered or damaged after being received
  • The item has been used and is not in its original state 


Please note we will not accept returns due to a change of mind, and ask clients to discuss products with us before making a purchase if they are unsure what will suit them best.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However if you have missed sessions, we will do our best to offer you an alternate day/time slot in order to make up classes. Please note this is only valid if numbers are available, and cannot be transferred into a new round of KyleKamp. Thank you for your understanding.

Drugs and alcohol can impair the body and its functions. Management reserves the right to prohibit access to clients who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, this includes but is not limited to cannabis. If you are taking any prescription medication please be sure to let us know.

We strive to provide the best fitness experience possible and want all our clients to feel welcomed to our services. Our classes are taught by certified instructors and offer a wide variety of choices to fit your fitness level. We offer modifications, if needed, to ensure you get a good workout whilst keeping the body safe.

Registration: As class space is limited, we encourage you to book your space as soon as possible. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance. Email us to register.

Injuries/Pain: If you have any current or previous injuries/conditions that may impact your participation, please arrive early to class and let the instructor know. This will help them to provide you with modifications if needed. If you are experiencing any discomfort through the session, we please ask that you let our instructors know so we can assist.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive to class on time, if not 5 minutes early. This ensures you are properly warmed up and aware of class instructions. Late arrivals disrupt class and cause delays, which is unfair to both the instructor and other class participants. 

If you arrive late, you may not be permitted into the class.

Late Cancellations:  If you do not show up for a class, we can send you a Zoom workout (on request) or you are welcome to drop into another class (if an alternative is available) to make it up.

We accept debit and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Please contact us if you would prefer to make a payment through e-transfer.

We do provide a unisex bathroom including a shower. Please bring your own towel and toiletries if you need to use our facilities.

What an amazing program! Kyle and Amanda were more than just trainers; they were an amazing, positive support system throughout these past 5 weeks. We started out by setting realistic and achievable goals for my nutrition and training. Both my nutrition plan and training program were tailored to my personal needs and goals. We had a group chat available so that at any point Amanda and Kyle were available to answer any questions. The training involved one on one coaching, so it was focused and comprehensive. I also learned so much regarding nutrition! I always felt I had a good idea about how to eat clean, however this program taught me more regarding my macros and showed me a true breakdown of what I should eat to achieve results. It started around 1981 where for years I put my body though so much stress from eating the wrong foods and doing little exercise, watching my weight going up and down, but most of the time I was overweight and my life was very busy bringing up four children. Looking back I realised I wasted too many

years in denial. It took a blood test in 2019 from my doctor, telling me that I had a bad fatty liver and that if I didn’t change my lifestyle I would end up with Liver Cancer. So I contacted my daughter’s partner, a strength and conditioning coach, who immediately sent me information about exercise and dietary

recommendations. Kyle helped me understand which macronutrients to eat and how much. He also provided great examples of healthy choices to help with the food cravings and mostly educated me about all foods, where the hidden calories are and what foods to substitute. When I began in May 2019 my weight was 106 kg, by the time Christmas came around my weight was a healthy 72 kg. Kyle helped me to lose a life-changing 34 kg safely and slowly, just through walking daily and eating correctly – all through online coaching! Today I am still maintaining a healthy weight and I haven’t looked back … I could not have done this without the support of Kyle Chapman and my only wish is I had done this sooner!
