Amanda has been an avid trail runner in Whistler since 2016 and has discovered that, after years of injuries and pain, developing a stronger physique is crucial for a healthy, running body.
RunKamp is designed to get you ready for the Summer and to help you prepare for the Whistler Half Marathon Weekend.
Weekly classes are divided into specific strength training, stability and balance training, mobility and running biomechanics. We also focus on agility, speed and plyometric conditioning to increase cardiovascular fitness and endurance to help you last through those miles.
We strongly believe that mobility plays a crucial role in tapping into our body’s performance abilities and ensuring a pain-free and injury-free body. RunKamp also includes access to our Functional Yoga and Mobility Class on Zoom once a week.
We keep our classes small to help you receive optimal coaching, whilst still being able to enjoy the high energy of group fitness with like minded individuals.
